— Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with UKAD’s growth goals — Craft positioning and messaging around strengths in staff augmentation, .NET/Azure, CMS migration, and AI — Oversee website performance, SEO (English + 4 local versions), and coordinate link-building efforts — Lead a small marketing team (designer, content writer); manage tasks and timelines — Track key metrics and implement data-driven improvements — Drive content creation: service pages, blog, landing pages, and client case studies — Manage reviews (Clutch, etc.) and launch targeted ads — Grow LinkedIn presence.
