RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stakeholder Engagement
* Collecting requirements from business stakeholders and technical teams
* Conducting workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to define business needs
Competitor Analysis
* Conducting detailed analysis of competitors in the ERP and AI solutions market
* Studying competitors’ features, architectures, and strategies
* Preparing comparative reports and providing recommendations for incorporating unique features
* Continuously monitoring the market for emerging trends and innovations
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
* Analyzing business processes and translating them into technical requirements
* Creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional specifications
* Developing process flow diagrams
Business Process Optimization
* Identifying opportunities to automate and enhance business processes through ERP and AI solutions
* Implementing optimizations based on data insights and intelligent predictions
AI Integration
* Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to define AI-driven features such as predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and intelligent workflows
REQUIREMENTS:
* Data Analysis:
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
Familiarity with querying tools (e.g., SQL)
* Requirement Documentation:
Experience creating business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams
* Tools:
Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence
Will be a plus
* ERP Knowledge:
Understanding of major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom ERP systems)
Hands-on experience with modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or CRM
* AI Knowledge:
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, their applications, and limitations
Knowledge of AI-powered functionalities such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation, or natural language processing within ERP contexts
