YOUR IMPACT: * Effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software solutions. * Gather and manage requirements from diverse stakeholders including product, design, marketing, analytics, and support teams. * Lead and facilitate grooming sessions to refine product requirements. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including User Stories, Scope documents, and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS). * Utilize UML/BPMN or other business modeling techniques to visualize and refine software solutions. * Communicate clearly and convincingly, both verbally and in writing, to build consensus, convey ideas effectively, and ensure timely delivery.
ABOUT YOU: * 2-3 year of experience as a business analyst; * Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban; * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLS); * Experience in creating project documentation and other materials (Diagrams, Use Cases, Functional & Non-Functional Specifications, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria); * Strong experience in using different BA techniques and tools for eliciting and documenting requirements (BPMN 2.0, UML, etc.); * Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively * English level — Upper Intermediate * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
