What You’ll Do:
You’ll own every automation that keeps money flowing into client accounts.
Your tools: Zapier, n8n, Make, Browserflow, Manus, custom Python, and more.
Your playground includes:
* End-to-end ownership: Idea → live flow in hours, not weeks
* Zapier mastery: 50-step flows, JS blocks, branching, auto-retries, APIs
* n8n workflows: Self-hosted, Docker-managed, extended with custom nodes
* Growth experiments:
* Ex: Extract attendee data from Google Calendar
* Enrich via APIs or scraping
* Auto-send LinkedIn invites & follow-ups
* Feed engagement back into HubSpot + ML scorer
* Voice-AI integration: Pipe GPT-4o or Retell agents into your workflows
* Performance focus: If it doesn’t recover cash, it’s gone.
Must-Have Skills:
* Proven portfolio of Zapier flows that go beyond UI limits
* Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, or Node-RED (ideally self-hosted)
* Professional English — you’ll demo flows to US-based product leads
* Startup mindset — you ship like Bolt, and people love working with you
* You’ve owned a product metric, not just implemented steps
* Comfortable integrating ML outputs into no-code workflows
* Bonus: Manus, Browserflow, Playwright, web scraping, basic Python ML
