What You’ll Do As a Data Analyst, you’ll work with healthcare-related data to support product and policy initiatives. You’ll be responsible for data analysis, reporting, and driving insights that shape strategic decisions across multiple projects.
Your Key Responsibilities * Analyze large volumes of structured data from MS SQL databases * Provide insights on healthcare pricing, contracts, and compliance trends * Support business and technical teams with ad-hoc data requests * Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor project KPIs * Identify areas for optimization and improvement in data workflows * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including U.S.-based stakeholders
What We’re Looking For * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field * Experience working with MS SQL and large relational databases * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset * Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks * English level — Intermediate or higher (you’ll communicate with native speakers) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * (Nice to have) Experience with U.S. healthcare data or regulatory reporting
