We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to learn, take responsibility, and grow. No prior experience is required; motivation, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
You will work alongside CEO, beginning with the simpler content update and research tasks, and gradually increasing complexity as you learn.
What you will do:
* Search for information to support research and decision-making
* Update website content on WordPress
* Perform manual testing of features before release
* Assist in analyzing client requests and defining requirements
* Help create and assign tasks to developers in Jira
* Track project progress to ensure all deadlines are met
* Help in organizing project boards to keep tasks visible and up to date
* Create and manage documentation in Notion.
* Prepare reports, notes, and timelines
* Occasionally complete ad-hoc requests and tasks

* Upper Intermediate English (Reading texts such as this ad without AI, writing in English before polishing by AI)
* Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets
* Good prompt writing skills with ChatGPT
* Ability to absorb new information quickly and apply analytical thinking effectively
* Ability to work with large volumes of information
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Ability to meet deadlines
