We are inviting a skilled Talent Acquisition specialist with strong recruitment experience across I-gaming industry, capable of handling multiple roles, particularly in gambling, betting and tech, and assisting with the onboarding process. Your tasks: * Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms; * Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds; * Implement and manage effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates; including, but not limited to job sites, online recruiting, social media, etc.; * Partner with management to understand talent needs, devise sourcing strategies and build pool of viable candidates; * Manage recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously; * Assist in the onboarding process of new hires.
Our criteria: * 2+ Years experience in recruitment, at least 1 year in i-gaming industry; * Possess strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills; * Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects; * Absolute team player — we can only achieve our high ambitions by working together; * Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks; * Strong level of Ukrainian and English languages.
