We’re looking for a forward-thinking HRG to build people operations from scratch and empower a team of 20+ remote developers to thrive. Your Mission: * As our first and only HR hire, you’ll lay the foundation for all HR processes — from onboarding to performance reviews * Elevate employee experience and remote culture * Serve as a trusted advisor to management and team members * Own the full HR lifecycle while making data-informed, people-first decisions
Requirements: * 3–5 years of experience as HRG in remote tech environment * Proven ability to build systems from scratch * Solid knowledge of HR documentation, policies, and remote work best practices * Performance management, engagement, and employee development * You know how to support people, not just processes * Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence * Comfortable using modern platforms and tools * Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate English B2+ * Employer branding experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities: * Build and lead all HR operations across the employee journey * Develop and implement core HR policies, procedures, contracts, and benefits * Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and adaptation of newbies * Launch and manage performance review systems and career growth paths * Create employee engagement and retention strategies * Partner with leadership to shape people strategy and team structure * Launch HR branding initiatives to attract like-minded talent * Plan team-building events and virtual culture moments * Support in documentation and internal processes * Act as the voice of the team, ensuring well-being, clarity, and connection
