What you’ll be doing:
— Gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements from clients and stakeholders;
— Conducting business process analysis and suggesting improvements;
— Developing functional specifications and technical requirements for the development team;
— Collaborating with developers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of requirements;
— Identifying and analyzing potential project risks and proposing solutions to mitigate them.
— Presenting product demos to clients and stakeholders, collecting feedback, and implementing necessary adjustments;
— Participating in task planning and prioritization throughout the project lifecycle;
— Conducting business analysis of requirements and selecting optimal solutions for specific business challenges.
Skills you’ll apply:
— 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry;
— Experience with backend tasks, some understanding of APIs and Intergrations, ability to work with back-office systems;
— Experience in igaming, fintech or payment industries or similar domains would be a strong plus;
— Deep understanding of business processes and models;
— Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements;
— Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and practices such as BPMN, UML;
— Experience working with project management tools like Jira/Confluence;
— Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
— Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
— Ability to convey ideas clearly and transparently in both verbal and written form to ensure team understanding.
