We are launching a CRM system from scratch and are looking for a strong specialist who not only knows how to use Customer.io but can also tailor it to our specific needs with maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: * Create email flows for various player segments (registration, first deposits, retention, VIP) * Prepare briefs for designers regarding the visual layout of emails * Adapt copywriting for A/B testing (variations, hypotheses) * Build segmentation logic in Customer.io (based on events, actions, time, geo, etc.) * Collaborate with BI/BO teams to import, update, and verify audiences * Set up triggers, rules, and conditions for launching messages * Create multi-level communication scenarios based on CJM (Customer Journey Mapping) * Work with analytics: event integration, webhook creation, Slack notifications, and dashboard reporting * Generate A/B testing hypotheses and launch experiments * Analyze results: open rates, clicks, behavioral impact * Provide insights and suggestions for optimization
Must-Have: * Confident knowledge of Customer.io * Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template editing * Understanding of user interaction flows and journey building * Knowledge of segmentation logic in Customer.io (filters, triggers, events) * Deep understanding of workflow setup in Customer.io * Ability to work with events and custom user fields * Experience with integrations via Zapier, webhooks, or APIs * Familiarity with Liquid syntax and conditional logic * Understanding of A/B testing principles * Strong data analysis skills: interpreting results, generating insights * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for comparing and visualizing results
