We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager (Upwork) to lead our business development efforts on the Upwork platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in B2B sales, understands the outsourcing and outstaffing services, and excels at building long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new leads, pitching our services, and closing deals that align with our company’s growth strategy.
Responsibilities: * Actively search for potential clients on Upwork; * Craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs in software development; * Develop and maintain all sales materials; * Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to negotiation and closing deals; * Present and effectively communicate the value of our services and previous projects; * Collaborate with internal tech and marketing teams to align client expectations with delivery capabilities; * Track, analyze, and report sales performance, market feedback, and opportunities for improvement;
Requirements: * 2+ years of sales experience in the IT sector, with a focus on outsourcing or outstaffing services; * Proven experience in generating leads and closing deals via the Upwork platform; * Strong understanding of software development services; * Advanced English; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; * Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision; * Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales tracking systems; * Portfolio or examples of previous sales success on freelance platforms is a plus.
