What You’ll Do
As our Content & Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of our content strategy to establish Radency as a thought leader in AI development and our chosen niches. Your role will involve:
LinkedIn Thought Leadership & Personal Branding
* Co-create expert-level content with tech specialists to establish them as LinkedIn influencers.
* Research trending topics and industry insights to fuel engaging, high-impact content.
* Repurpose and amplify content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, website, blog, email, etc.).
* Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content to increase engagement and conversion.
AI-Driven Content & Website Management
* Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and other advanced platforms for content creation and automation.
* Develop high-performing website content, case studies, and landing pages.
* Optimize SEO and website performance to enhance lead generation.
Ads & Growth Marketing
* Own and execute LinkedIn ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
* Monitor ad performance and continuously refine targeting and messaging.
