Employer information: This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements. Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.
About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented content specialist who will generate, structure, and publish content on the websites. This role focuses on producing new website pages and blog posts using AI tools, then preparing everything for final review before it goes live. You will work closely with our internal team and follow clear publishing guidelines. Content will be reviewed by a US-based team member for final language and tone checks, so the focus of this role is quality structure, clarity, and consistency rather than perfect native English.
What you will do: — Generate website pages and blog posts using AI tools based on briefs, outlines, or existing materials. — Edit and refine AI-generated content to ensure it is clear, accurate, and well structured. — Publish content to the website using our CMS, including formatting, internal links, headings, and basic SEO structure. — Update and improve existing pages when needed. — Coordinate with a US-based reviewer and apply feedback before content goes live.
What we are looking for: — You have at least two years of experience in a similar content-focused role. — You have strong written English and can produce clear, professional content, even if it is later reviewed by a native speaker. — You actively use AI tools to generate and improve content and understand how to guide them properly. — You are comfortable working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar systems. — You are detail-oriented and can follow content and publishing guidelines consistently
Nice to have: — Experience publishing SEO-oriented content. — Experience working with software, tech, or digital services websites. — Basic understanding of on-page SEO structure such as headings, internal links, and meta descriptions.
