Requirements: * 3+ years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer * Proficiency in Figma (component work, design system maintenance, and advanced prototyping) * Good UI/UX portfolio with design systems and CMS projects * User-centered design approach (balancing ’how’ and ’why’ questions while maintaining journey focus and interface consistency across the product ecosystem) * Effective communication and teamwork player who can operate in a fast-paced environment on possibly multiple projects * Organized with ability to work autonomously, manage tasks effectively, and maintain efficient workflow * Ability to present and discuss design decisions in English (English proficiency at B1 level or higher).
Nice to have: * Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator * Basic CSS/HTML understanding * Experience with iGaming(++) or cyber-sport (+) * Experience in conducting UX research, analyzing findings, and implementing solutions based on research outcomes * Active use of AI tools for design workflows (image generation, content creation, UI-kit/design system optimization)
Responsibilities: * Create original design concepts and wireframes that offer intuitive, user-friendly experiences * Present and justify design decisions to team and stakeholders (in English) and implement feedback * Development and maintenance of Design Systems, UI libraries * Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams * Design for various potential projects including modern SaaS platforms, adaptive landing pages, websites, and occasionally mobile apps
