We’re looking for a technically skilled Senior Product Analyst / Discovery Analyst to join our team for an exciting project.
Important point: this vacancy implies freelance (on demand) cooperation.
Your future line of work: * Lead Discovery phase of the product in collaboration with the client and internal teams; * Analyze user needs and business goals within the context of the corporate health and wellness market; * Form hypotheses, prepare research plans, and provide recommendations for the MVP/further development; * Participate in product decision-making based on analytics, competitive analysis, and business priorities.
We expect: * At least 5 years of experience as an Analyst at the Discovery or pre-MVP phases in startups/product companies; * Deep expertise in one of the following areas: medical technologies (MedTech), well-being/corporate health and wellness; * Understanding of the corporate wellness / employee health solutions market, preferably with examples of implemented solutions; * Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty, build processes, and formulate hypotheses from scratch; * Experience presenting Discovery and analytical results to clients/stakeholders; Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (spoken & written).
Will be a plus: * Knowledge and experience of interaction with the Australian market (a strong plus); * Knowledge of the APAC or AU market; * Understanding of the specifics of B2B2C products in the health sector; * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams: product, design, development.
