The core of our achievements is our team. That’s why, together with Liana, AI Operations Lead at Impulse, we’re looking for a Junior MarTech Automation Specialist to join our team of superstars. Our marketing team runs on a growing stack of tools, integrations, and AI solutions, and we need someone who will make this stack work smarter. We’re looking for a person who loves building automations, connecting tools with each other, and turning repetitive marketing tasks into smooth, self-running workflows. This job is perfect for you if you want to: * Directly impact business results by building automations that save the marketing team hours of manual work every week. * Get hands-on experience with a modern MarTech stack: automation platforms (n8n), AI tools, APIs, and integrations between marketing services. * Turn your passion for AI into real cases: build AI-powered workflows and assistants that the team uses every day. * Collaborate with marketers, creatives, and analysts, and learn how a top product in its niche grows from the inside. * Grow in a supportive professional team, where it’s safe and easy to learn, experiment, and advance your technical skills.
What you will do: * Design, build, and maintain automation workflows for the marketing team, using n8n or similar tools. * Connect marketing tools and services with each other through integrations, APIs, and webhooks so that data and tasks flow without manual work. * Find repetitive tasks in marketing processes and replace them with automated or AI-powered solutions. * Research, test, and implement new MarTech and AI tools, and help the team adopt them. * Keep the marketing tech stack in order: manage tool access, settings, and licenses. * Document automations and workflows so they are clear, reusable, and easy to support. * Monitor how automations perform, fix issues, and improve them based on feedback from the team.
What do you need to join us: * Confidence with Excel/Google Sheets and working with large datasets. * A passion for AI technology, with a habit of using AI tools in your daily workflow or learning. * A structured, logical approach to problem-solving. * A proactive and curious mindset, and readiness to learn quickly. * English: Intermediate or higher. * Basic programming skills (JavaScript or Python) would be a significant advantage. * Alignment with the values of our team (more about us — here).
What do we offer: * Work within an ambitious team on a socially impactful education product. * An office with a reliable shelter, generators, satellite internet, and other amenities. * Access to our corporate knowledge base and professional communities. * Personal development plan. * Compensation for English language learning, external training, and courses. * Medical insurance and full sick leave compensation. * Company doctor and massage in the office. * Sports activities: running, yoga, boxing, and more. * Corporate holidays. * Supporting initiatives that help Ukraine.
