We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who combines strong design craft with curiosity about how products work and how people use them.
In this role, you’ll create thoughtful, polished web and mobile experiences while becoming an active design partner to our product, development, and project teams. You’ll be fully involved in the conversations that shape the product: asking questions, contributing ideas, challenging assumptions constructively, and helping the team make better decisions.
This is a hands-on role with end-to-end design ownership. Everyday UI/UX work—designing screens, refining layouts, adapting interfaces across platforms, preparing assets for developers, and improving existing flows—is an essential part of the job. Alongside that work, you’ll take ownership of how the complete experience fits together: what users are trying to achieve, the logic behind each interaction, and the paths they take from start to finish.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys both the detail of a well-designed interface and the thinking required to make an entire product experience clear and intuitive.
How you’ll work
You’ll build a deep understanding of our products, users, and business goals through close, ongoing collaboration with the team. Your involvement in product, development, and project conversations will be a core part of your day-to-day work.
Being an active design partner means contributing your perspective, identifying gaps, explaining your design decisions, and working through trade-offs together. You should be comfortable exploring an open-ended problem and translating an agreed direction into detailed, practical designs.
End-to-end ownership means thinking beyond individual screens. You’ll consider how steps connect, what information users need, how different choices affect the journey, and what happens when something goes wrong. Your work should demonstrate an understanding of both the user’s needs and the product’s underlying behavior.
Key Requirements:
— At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showing both visual craft and the thinking behind your decisions
-Strong UI/UX fundamentals, including responsive design, cross-platform adaptation, interaction design, and preparing clear designs and assets for developers
-End-to-end product thinking: the ability to connect individual screens into complete, coherent journeys, accounting for interaction logic, different user needs, and edge cases
-A strong understanding of UX methods, tools, and processes, grounded in Human-Centered Design principles
— Proficiency in Figma
-Deep knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines
-Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to participate actively in discussions with developers, project teams, and product owners
-Initiative and ownership: you ask thoughtful questions, surface missing information, propose solutions, and follow through on your work
-The ability to manage and prioritize multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Advanced English proficiency, at C1 level, for close collaboration and substantive discussions with English-speaking product owners
-Experience using Cursor for rapid prototyping and ideation, and comfort using AI tools to explore ideas, brainstorm alternatives, and evaluate UX flows with your own design judgment
Responsibilities:
— Continuously challenge and improve user experiences, flows, and interfaces using the relevant technologies, design expertise, and insights
— Design workflows and solutions in line with the selected product strategy, collaborating closely with the team
— Create mockups and AI-assisted prototypes for new or updated product features
— Explore and propose a range of potential solutions for future product development
— Deliver design outcomes that meet accessibility standards
— Participate in product team meetings, initially building a thorough understanding of the product and progressively contributing to brainstorming, ideation, planning, and development. Bring an engaged, questioning mindset from the start
— Analyze user feedback to refine and improve the experience, aligning design decisions with business goals and user needs
