About IntentSG Intent Solutions Group is a Boston-based software engineering and product consultancy founded in 2014. We build dedicated product teams for growing technology companies, working across engineering, QA, DevOps, cloud, AI, GenAI, and application security. We have around 100 people, are profitable, and have grown mostly through relationships with founders and existing clients. Now we want to build a more systematic way to generate new business.
The Role We’re looking for someone who can build and run our GTM and revenue systems using GenAI, automation, and agents. You’ll work directly with the CEO. The strategy is already defined — including our target customers, key offers, messaging, and tone. What we don’t have yet are the systems, automation, and processes to run it at scale. You’ll build those from the ground up.
As the system starts generating new recurring clients, we’ll grow the team around it — with people focused on automation, data, and GTM operations.
What You’ll Build and Run
• LinkedIn relationship nurture: Build a system around the CEO’s ~4,500 LinkedIn connections. Track relationships, identify relevant triggers such as funding, job changes, posts, or hiring, and suggest the right next action. Humans will review and approve messages before they are sent.
• New pipeline: Build and enrich target lists, research companies and contacts, prepare personalized outreach, and use content to warm up prospects before direct outreach.
• LinkedIn campaigns: Build curated audiences in Campaign Manager, distribute founder content to relevant audiences, and track what performs.
• Content production: Turn calls, interviews, and client stories into LinkedIn posts, case studies, and website content. Use AI to make the process faster while keeping the final content natural and on-brand.
• Reporting: Track the pipeline from initial prospecting through MQL, SQL, and discovery calls, with a focus on actual business results rather than engagement metrics.
What We’re Looking For
• You’ve built and used GenAI or agent-based workflows in real projects — not just used ChatGPT for prompting. This could include n8n or Make workflows, Clay, Claude Code, API-based agents, scheduled jobs, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with outbound, nurture, or GTM tools such as Clay, HeyReach, Instantly, or similar, plus experience with a CRM such as Attio, HubSpot, or similar.
• You’re comfortable working with data: cleaning it, combining different sources, analyzing it, and writing a script or query when existing tools aren’t enough.
• You understand B2B marketing and can recognize good outreach and content — as well as when automation is simply creating noise.
• Strong written English. Our leadership team and clients are US-based, and you’ll need to review and improve AI-generated content before it goes out.
• You have your own ideas about how GenAI will change GTM over the next 18 months and are comfortable testing ideas, even when they aren’t fully formed yet.
Nice to Have
• Experience in B2B IT services or software consulting.
• Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and matched or curated audiences.
• Background in engineering, data analysis, RevOps, or a similar technical role with a move toward growth.
