CoinDepo is looking for a Senior Systems & Integration Analyst who will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
We are growing the number and complexity of integrations across KYC/AML, payments, cards, custody, banking infrastructure, CRM, and other fintech services. We need a person who can independently study external providers, design complete integration flows, and prepare detailed specifications that Development can implement without having to rediscover the business logic from scratch. What you will do * Translate business needs into detailed functional and system requirements. * Independently study external API documentation, SDKs, webhooks, authentication mechanisms, statuses, rate limits, and error handling. * Design end-to-end integration flows covering: * user scenarios; * back-office/admin scenarios; * frontend/backend/provider interactions; * statuses and state transitions; * webhooks and callbacks; * retries and failure scenarios; * permissions and access rules; * data mapping and synchronization; * notifications and edge cases. * Prepare implementation-ready specifications for Development, including acceptance criteria, API mappings, business rules, validations, dependencies, and open questions. * Create flowcharts, sequence diagrams, state diagrams, BPMN/UML diagrams, and data mappings when needed. * Work closely with the Lead Developer to validate technical feasibility and refine integration logic. * Support QA and UAT by helping define test scenarios and validating that implemented flows match the agreed requirements.
What we expect * 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Integration Analyst, or similar. * Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs and webhooks. * Ability to independently read and analyze technical documentation. * Good understanding of: * client-server architecture; * authentication and authorization; * databases and data models; * API integrations; * asynchronous flows and event-driven systems. * Experience preparing detailed functional and system specifications. * Experience with sequence diagrams, flowcharts, or similar system diagrams. * Experience with Jira / Confluence or comparable tools. * English sufficient for working with technical documentation and communicating with external provider teams.

Especially valuable is direct experience integrating KYC providers, payment gateways, card processors, banking APIs, custody providers, or compliance systems. What success looks like You should be comfortable receiving a request such as:
“We need to integrate this provider.”
and independently turning it into:
“Here is the complete integration flow, API interaction model, statuses, edge cases, error scenarios, admin logic, data mapping, and acceptance criteria — the task is ready for Development.”
The role is intended to reduce unnecessary iterations between Business and Development and allow engineers to focus on implementation rather than preliminary business and provider analysis.
