Our product is a unified cloud communications platform (Web, mobile app, and physical devices). Thanks to our full suite of APIs, you can seamlessly integrate its powerful capabilities. We have been developing a product for small and medium-sized businesses (both users and providers) in Europe for over 10 years, and continue to improve it. Responsibilities * Maintain and improve internal services (NetBox, Authentik, Zitadel, Wazuh, n8n) — upgrades, HA, backups, integrations, access management * Maintain and improve existing IT infrastructure (hardware servers, network storages, virtualization platform, virtual machines, services) * Bring infrastructure under configuration management and write the runbooks that go with it * Maintain monitoring and alerting so that an alert means a real problem * Participate in infrastructure technology discussions and decisions * Participate in the shared on-call rotation
Requirements * Strong knowledge of Linux (Debian, RedHat/Rocky) * Experience with HA systems * Experience with automation/configuration management (like Ansible, Terraform) * Experience with proxies and connection pooling (Nginx, HAProxy, Keepalived, PgBouncer) * Experience with virtualization technologies (KVM, libvirt, Proxmox VE, oVirt) * Understanding of networking under Linux/GNU * Security awareness * Good communication skills, initiative, and ability to document and share knowledge * At least B1 English (written and spoken)
Nice to have * Experience with file systems and network storages * Hands-on experience operating PostgreSQL in an automated-failover cluster in production * Understanding of cross-datacenter replication * Experience with PostgreSQL backup and recovery, including PITR and real restores * Experience maintaining internal service platforms (NetBox, Authentik, Zitadel, Wazuh, n8n) * Experience with identity and directory services * Experience with DNS * Experience with monitoring and logging * Experience with network dynamic routing protocols and MikroTik/RouterOS * Experience with hardware servers
