About the Role
KeyToTech is looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer for a project-based engagement. This is a full-time commitment (40 hours per week) for a project lasting 2–3 months, with hourly-based compensation.

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
* Deep knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines
* Strong understanding of UX methods, tools, and design processes
* Experience creating Customer Personas and Customer Journey Maps
* A strong portfolio focused on mobile app design
* Attention to detail and a user-centered mindset
* Ability to present and justify design decisions to clients and team members
* Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
Nice to Have
* Experience designing mental health or wellbeing apps
Responsibilities
* Design user-centered mobile app interfaces from concept to final hand-off
* Conduct user research and apply UX methodologies to create intuitive experiences
* Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
* Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders
* Ensure consistency with platform-specific design guidelines
* Iterate on designs based on feedback and user insights
* Prepare and maintain design documentation
