ENESTECH Software, one of the companies within the TECHIIA holding, is the developer of the SENET cloud platform — a SaaS solution designed to automate processes in esports centers and computer clubs.
SENET was born from the idea of the owners of a small Kyiv-based network of computer clubs. They began developing their own software to simplify the simultaneous management of dozens of computers and to provide better service for gamers. Today, ENESTECH Software is an international company with SENET users in more than 60 countries worldwide.
ENESTECH independently handles the development, support, promotion, and sales of its product. All of this is done by an international team that speaks seven languages and has deep expertise in computer games. We are proud of our Ukrainian roots, which is why we support Ukraine in its fight against Russian occupation and do not provide services to computer clubs in Russia or Belarus. The team is actively involved in volunteering and supports the Armed Forces of Ukraine together with the TECHIIA holding.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Support Engineer L2 with a strong focus on resolving complex technical incidents, and ensure the stable operation of the platform in time of and after implementation.
This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
WORK SCHEDULE: Schedule: 2/2 (12-hour shifts) (2 days work — 2 days off), time 19:00–07:00 (Kyiv time)
During the first month of onboarding and training, the working schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 (Kyiv time). After the training period, the regular shift schedule (2/2, 19:00–07:00 Kyiv time) applies.
Work format: fully remote, according to the selected shift (fixed schedule).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Full ownership of the ticket lifecycle: triage → investigation → resolution → documentation. • Handle incidents and problems end-to-end, prepare clear reports, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA). • Coordinate the entire client integration process — from requirements gathering and environment preparation to go-live and post-launch support. • Plan installation windows, define success criteria, and perform post-launch validation checks. • Monitor service health, analyze logs, and diagnose issues at the HTTP/TCP and API levels. • Perform light database tasks (queries, data migration, statistics cleanup). • Automate routine tasks using scripts, playbooks, and monitoring rules. • Share knowledge and help Support team colleagues improve their technical skills.
TECHNOLOGY STACK: • Monitoring: Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or similar systems. • Work with logs, network protocols, APIs, drivers, and Windows/Linux operating systems. • Basic SQL querying skills. • Automation: PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
REQUIREMENTS: • 2+ years of experience in technical support with direct client interaction. • Experience in incident/problem management with full ownership of results. • Strong skills in diagnosing networks, logs, APIs, and Windows/Linux fundamentals. • Understanding of PC hardware and networking equipment (a plus). • Experience with Zendesk, Confluence, monitoring, and logging systems. • Ability to communicate clearly, structure thoughts, and remain calm under pressure. • English — B2 level (spoken and written), mandatory for client communication.
