Job Details
* Position: Creative Marketing Specialist
* Location: Full Remote
* Hours: Full-time
Your impact:
* Write high-performing creative briefs tailored to client goals and diverse niches
* Track market trends and competitor ads to rapidly adopt high-converting creative ideas
* Collaborate in creative brainstorms and pitch new concepts
* Work closely with project managers and clients to hit quality and quantity targets
* Provide clear, detailed briefs for our UGC creators to deliver on expectations as fast as possible
* Partner with our design team, setting tasks and guiding projects
About You:
* You’re eager to grow in performance marketing. We’re open to candidates with no experience, though a background in creative or performance marketing will be a strong advantage
* Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English skills are essential
* Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI tools is a big plus
* You excel at communication and collaboration, thrive in team settings, and can handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* You’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at managing your time effectively
* You have a curious mind, especially when it comes to creative strategies and competitive research
