Requirements: Core Business Analysis Foundation (Essential): — Significant experience (at least 2 years) in a Business Analyst role with a proven track record of handling complex requirements. — Mastery of requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation techniques. — Expertise in creating clear and effective documentation (BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows). — Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills applied to business challenges. — Excellent communication, interviewing, and facilitation skills.
Delivery & Execution Skills (Additionally Required): — Experience managing or coordinating software delivery timelines, scope, and resources within an Agile or iterative framework. — Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams and remove blockers. — Understanding of risk management principles and backlog grooming/prioritization techniques. — Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). — AML experience is a plus.
Technical Insight: — A solid understanding of software development concepts, client-server architecture, APIs, and system integrations, sufficient to participate in solution discussions and assess feasibility. — Experience with financial integrations and/or the FinTech domain is a significant advantage. — Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and diagramming software.

Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Solution Definition — Requirements Engineering & Analysis: Elicit, analyze, validate, and meticulously document business, functional, and non-functional requirements from diverse stakeholders. Ensure all requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with strategic goals. — Solution Definition & Process Improvement: Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, process flows (BPMN), use cases, and technical specifications. Analyze existing workflows to identify and propose technology-enabled improvements. — Technical Documentation & Clarity: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring traceability and version control. Act as the subject matter expert on the “what” and “why” behind business needs. — Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary communication bridge between business stakeholders (Product, Finance, Legal) and technical teams to clarify requirements, articulate business value, and ensure a shared understanding of the proposed solution.
Expanded Responsibilities: Delivery Ownership & Execution — Delivery Planning & Coordination: Based on the validated requirements, develop and manage delivery plans, defining scope and timelines. Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the cross-functional delivery team (Dev, QA, DevOps) to ensure smooth execution. — Backlog & Scope Management: Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prepare the product backlog for execution. Manage the delivery scope, assess the impact of change requests, and facilitate decisions. — Risk Mitigation & Quality Input: Proactively identify risks related to requirements ambiguity or technical challenges early in the process. Collaborate with QA to ensure test strategies adequately cover the defined business use cases. — Release Orchestration & Demos: Coordinate release activities to ensure operational readiness. Facilitate and present feature demos to stakeholders to showcase progress and validate that deliverables meet the original intent.
