We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our international finance team. In this role, you will manage primary documentation, oversee monthly closing accruals, and ensure complete accounting accuracy. If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and know how to leverage modern digital tools, we would love to connect with you.
In this role, you will: * Review primary invoices and ensure compliance with signed supporting contracts and internal policies. * Process and post primary financial documentation accurately into the ODOO ERP system. * Maintain the tracking list of unsubmitted invoices and follow up with vendors and managers. * Handle month-end closing processes, including preparing and posting necessary accruals. * Ensure clear communication with international stakeholders for timely document collection. * Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks.
Skills you’ll need to bring: * At least 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting or a closely related financial function. * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or a related field. * Practical understanding of core financial accounting standards, accrual accounting principles, and month-end closing procedures. * Hands-on experience with ERP systems (ODOO, QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, etc.). * Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English for reading contracts and vendor communication. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). * High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage large task volumes independently.
As a plus: * Background in an IT product company and/or the Big 4 companies. * Experience with or confidence in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to speed up workflows. * Basic understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet reporting structures.
