We’re a B2B custom software development company running paid campaigns across several projects. We’re looking for a full-time PPC specialist who will take complete ownership of paid acquisition: campaigns, budgets, tracking, and results.
A new team member will be in charge of:
* Campaign performance end to end across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. This covers account structure, launch, bidding, optimization, and scaling.
* Budget management. You keep spend on pace, reallocate between channels and campaigns based on performance, and cut waste through search term analysis and negative keyword management.
* Tracking and conversion setup. You configure and QA GTM tags, conversion actions, UTM parameters, and offline conversion imports yourself, and you make sure the data reaching the platforms is reliable.
* Reporting and analytics. You build and maintain dashboards, monitor results continuously, and deliver reports that explain what happened, why it happened, and what to do next.
* Testing and optimization. You run structured tests on audiences, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages, and you turn the results into decisions.
* Cross-team alignment. You work with the content and web teams on landing pages, messaging, and funnel goals.
Does this relate to you?
* 4+ years of hands-on PPC experience with real B2B and/or product experience: long sales cycles, lead generation, and qualified-lead optimization rather than just e-commerce.
* Deep knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube. You understand bidding strategies, auction dynamics, and Quality Score, and you can troubleshoot an account, not just operate it.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Advertising. You know where it differs from Google and how to make it profitable.
* Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B targeting, including job titles, company lists, ABM, and lead gen forms.
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, including audiences, retargeting, and the Conversions API.
* Strong tracking skills. You can set up GTM, GA4 events, enhanced conversions, and offline conversion imports (CRM → Ads) on your own, and you can debug discrepancies between platforms, analytics, and the CRM.
* Strong reporting skills. You build clear dashboards in Looker Studio or similar tools, know your way around Google Sheets and Excel (pivots, XLOOKUP, pacing, CPL/ROAS calculations), and can present results to non-marketing stakeholders.
* A current understanding of paid search in 2026, including automation and AI-driven bidding, value-based optimization, privacy changes and signal loss, and how to feed platforms quality conversion data.
* A results mindset. You optimize for qualified leads and pipeline, not clicks and impressions.
* English at B2+ level.
Nice to have:
* Experience in IT services, SaaS, healthcare, or fintech.
* CRM integration experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
* Experience with ABM platforms or programmatic channels.
* Scripting or automation skills (Google Ads scripts, Apps Script, or n8n/Zapier).
