Key responsibilities: * Take raw client and stakeholder requests (email, forwarded threads, verbal asks) and structure them into requirements: problem, motivation, usage, priority, timeline, preliminary actions. * Maintain the squad backlog in Azure DevOps: Epic → Feature → User Story → Task hierarchies with acceptance criteria, correct area paths, and bulk board hygiene. * Write business specifications that a development team can build from. * Own the localization workstream: source copy, terminology consistency, translation review, and delivery of content into all supported languages. * Run the AI adoption roadmap for the squad: define agent-assisted workflows, set human approval gates, track adoption in the backlog. * Coordinate across development, design, marketing, compliance and support; unblock delivery and keep stakeholders informed. * Support release and QA: validate against acceptance criteria, triage defects, confirm content renders correctly across brands and locales. * Run cross-team communication and report on progress: keep neighbouring squads aligned on shared dependencies and give management a clear, regular read on delivery status.
Must have: * 3+ years as Product Owner in a software product team. * Hands-on Azure DevOps (or Jira) at the level of building and maintaining a full work-item hierarchy, not just moving tickets. * Ability to write a business specification and acceptance criteria that a developer can build from without a follow-up meeting. * English at B2 for written specifications and stakeholder communication; Ukrainian for day-to-day squad work. * Practical use of AI tools in daily delivery work, and judgement about where a human gate is required.
Working conditions: * Possibility to work full-time remotely; * Opportunities for professional development and personal growth; * Medical insurance, English classes; * Competitive salary, reasonable and fair working conditions, flexible schedule; * Team of strong IT professionals working in a vibrant product environment; * Centrally located office near a metro station with a great view.
