We are looking for a proactive and responsible Junior+ Project Manager to join our team and manage technology projects in both outstaff and project-based formats.
Requirements: * 1.5+ years of experience in project coordination or management. * Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Ability to work with project constraints, including scope, timelines, budget, and resources. * Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace. * Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations, negotiate, resolve conflicts, and coordinate teams. * Proactive approach and ability to work effectively with uncertainty and changing priorities. * Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for delivering tasks and projects on time and with the expected quality. * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Flexibility and openness to changes.
Responsibilities: * Manage ongoing projects in outstaff and project-based formats. * Plan and track project scope, timelines, budget, resources, and deliverables. * Manage project risks and proactively identify and address potential issues. * Communicate with clients, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders informed about project progress. * Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, including hardware engineers, software engineers, PCB designers, DevOps, QA, and data analysts. * Create and maintain project documentation. * Organize MVP demonstrations and presentations for clients and investors.
