Location: Kyiv/remote About the role We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the team and take ownership of the ongoing development and maintenance of a production platform used by enterprise customers.
This is a hands-on role where you will work across the full development lifecycle — from understanding customer and product requirements to technical design, implementation, testing, release, and production support.
We are looking for someone who enjoys ownership, can work independently, and is comfortable improving an existing production system rather than working only on greenfield projects. What you’ll do * Develop customer-driven features across both frontend and backend. * Extend and improve an existing production platform, keeping the architecture maintainable as it grows. * Investigate and resolve production issues, from customer reports to root cause and final fix. * Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability when working with large volumes of real-time data. * Contribute to technical design discussions and make decisions around scalability and maintainability. * Identify weaknesses in code, testing, and development processes and implement improvements. * Collaborate with Product, R&D, and customer-facing teams across different time zones. * Contribute to AI/agentic development by building reusable components for agent reasoning and task execution. * Take ownership of a product area and drive work through to completion with minimal supervision.
Requirements * 5+ years of professional experience developing and maintaining production web applications. * Strong experience with a modern frontend framework such as React (preferably), Vue, or Angular, along with advanced HTML/CSS. * Professional experience with Node.js (preferably), Python, Go, or similar server-side technologies. * Solid understanding of REST API design. * Experience with both relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization. * Strong background in maintaining and extending existing production codebases. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience working with cloud-based microservices and distributed systems. * Proven ability to debug and resolve production issues end-to-end. * Fluent spoken and written English. * Strong ownership, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
