What You’ll Do * Develop and evolve a complex SaaS product used by enterprise customers * Design and implement new product features across frontend and backend * Work closely with the CTO and product team to shape solutions and user experience * Maintain and improve a growing codebase, including AI-assisted development workflows * Participate in technical discussions with clients when needed
We’re Looking For * Strong commercial experience with Python/Django and React * Experience working on SaaS products * Understanding of multi-tenant architectures * Experience using AI coding tools in daily development * Product mindset and critical thinking about user experience * English sufficient for client-facing calls
Nice to Have * Experience in Insurance, InsurTech, Banking, or FinTech domains
