We are building an early-stage AI-native B2B product in the talent technology space and are looking for a strong Founding AI Engineer to join at the MVP stage.
You will work directly with the founder and take ownership of the product’s technical architecture and development from 0 → 1. Key Requirements * 5+ years of software engineering experience * Strong backend and full-stack development skills * Hands-on experience with production AI/LLM applications * Experience with LLM APIs, AI agents, tool calling, and structured outputs * Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and integrations * Ability to design product architecture from scratch * Strong product thinking and ability to work independently * Experience building and launching products from 0 → 1 * English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
What You’ll Do * Build the first version of an AI-native B2B product * Own core technical architecture and engineering decisions * Develop AI-powered workflows and agentic systems * Build backend, product interfaces, and external integrations * Design scalable data architecture * Take the product from MVP to real-world usage * Help shape the future engineering team and technology roadmap
Nice to Have * RAG, embeddings, semantic search, or vector databases * Agentic workflows and orchestration * Matching or recommendation systems * Knowledge graphs * AI evaluation and monitoring * Data enrichment/search APIs * Experience with high-load or data-intensive products * Previous startup or founding-engineer experience
