This role is ideal for an experienced Python engineer who is confident working with AI-driven workflows, building reliable backend services, and contributing to modern LLM-powered systems. You will focus on developing MCP-based integrations and backend APIs while collaborating with a senior-level engineering team.
Your responsibilities will include: * Build and maintain Python-based MCP services and integrations. * Develop backend APIs for LLM-powered products using FastAPI or FastMCP. * Work on prompting, tool integration, reliability, and production readiness of AI workflows. * Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions. * Participate in improving system performance, stability, and maintainability. * Expand into modern LLM infrastructure and evaluation practices as needed.
What we expect from you: * English level B2 or higher for effective technical communication. * Strong hands-on experience with Python. * Solid experience with MCP and prompting concepts. * Proven backend engineering experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks. * Experience designing and maintaining APIs and backend services. * Proficiency with Git and standard version control workflows. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have: * Exposure to Kubernetes. * Understanding of embeddings and evaluation (evals) workflows. * Familiarity with LLM inference concepts such as temperature, top_p, guardrails, and bias mitigation. * Experience working with AI-driven or LLM-based systems. * Experience with production-grade infrastructure and scalable services.
