About the role:
We’re looking for a Creative Designer with 2+ years of experience creating ASO and UA creatives.
Most of your time will go into ASO visuals for mobile apps: App Store and Google Play screenshots, app icons, in-app event visuals, feature graphics, and everything around them. The rest goes into static UA creatives for paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Both matter, but ASO comes first.
This role suits someone who pairs strong visual craft with an understanding of performance, experimentation, and how design influences user behaviour across organic store conversion and paid acquisition. We create a lot of variations, move through quick feedback rounds, and make decisions based on data as often as taste.
If you design with installs in mind, you’ll fit right in.
Your day-to-day:
* Turn briefs and hypotheses into strong visual concepts
* Create and iterate ASO assets for both App Store and Google Play
* Design static UA creatives for multiple ad networks
* Generate and edit images using AI tools
* Jump between apps and adapt your design style as you go
* Work closely with our Performance Creative Strategist on briefs, feedback rounds, and final exports
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years designing ASO and UA creatives, with a portfolio to back it up
* The ability to turn briefs, product features, and existing app UI into clear, convincing store visuals
* Hands-on experience with AI image generation and editing tools, for both production and exploration
* Practical experience with Nano Banana
* Confidence working across different visual styles and app categories
* Proficiency in Figma
* Solid organizational and communication skills — we’re spread across the world, so English is a must
Nice to have:
* Experience with apps in Health & Fitness, Meditation, Fintech, Education, Entertainment, or Lifestyle
* A feel for the numbers behind creatives: CTR, CPI, CPA, conversion rate, and install performance
* Experience with 3D static assets, whether creating, adapting, composing, rendering, or integrating them into final designs
