Your responsibilities will include: — Ensure a positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, internal mobility, and offboarding. — Act as a strategic partner to managers and leaders, supporting team effectiveness, leadership development, and people-related decision-making. — Drive employee engagement initiatives, identify retention risks, and implement actions to improve employee satisfaction and retention. — Support performance management processes, talent development, performance reviews, and individual development planning (PDPs). — Manage employee relations cases, resolve complex people-related situations, and mitigate organizational risks. — Support workforce planning and help align team structures with business goals and future growth. — Analyze HR metrics, employee feedback, and organizational trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations. — Implement and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and best practices in line with business needs. — Strengthen company culture, support organizational development initiatives, and facilitate change management across teams.
It’s a match if you have: — 2–4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or in a similar HR role. — Experience supporting managers and employees throughout the full employee lifecycle. — Experience managing employee relations cases and providing practical guidance on people-related matters. — Experience with performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. — Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR best practices. — Knowledge of performance management processes, PDPs, performance reviews, and talent development practices. — Understanding of employee engagement, retention, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development principles. — Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills. — Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics, identify trends and risks, and make data-driven recommendations. — Experience preparing reports and presenting insights to stakeholders.
It will be a plus if you have: — Experience working in fast-paced or rapidly growing organizations. — Experience participating in organizational change or process improvement initiatives.
