Eco & Tech is looking for a Strong Middle / Senior Python/Django Developer to join our team and work on an HR CRM platform.
We are developing a system for managing the employment of blue-collar workers, automating key HR processes, communication, and interaction between managers and employees. What You’ll Do * Develop and maintain the HR CRM backend using Django. * Design and implement REST APIs. * Work with PostgreSQL and Redis. * Develop real-time functionality using WebSockets and Django Channels. * Implement asynchronous and background processes with Celery. * Work with State Machines and complex business logic. * Integrate third-party services and APIs. * Maintain and develop the Telegram bot using aiogram 3. * Contribute to architecture and technical decisions. * Work with Docker and GitLab CI/CD. * Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Requirements * 3+ years of commercial experience with Python/Django. * Strong knowledge of Django and Django REST Framework. * Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, query optimization, and database design. * Practical experience with Redis. * Hands-on experience with Celery and asynchronous/background processing. * Understanding of WebSockets, Django Channels, and ASGI. * Experience integrating third-party APIs and services. * Good understanding of JWT and authentication/authorization principles. * Experience with Docker and CI/CD. * Ability to independently understand and work with an existing codebase and business logic. * Ability to make technical decisions and take ownership of the result.
Nice to Have * Experience with aiogram 3. * Experience with Firebase. * Experience integrating telephony and SMS services. * Experience with State Machine-based architecture. * Experience developing CRM, HRM, or other systems with complex business logic. * Experience with real-time systems.
