We’re looking for a Business Analyst (on freelance basis) to become the key link between our client and the delivery team — someone who can hear a business need and turn it into a clear, actionable plan for developers.
If you enjoy leading client conversations, structuring complex input, and watching your analysis shape a real product, this is the opportunity for you. The flexible freelance format lets you combine this project with other engagements while staying fully hands-on with delivery.
Your responsibilities will include: * Running client meetings, gathering business and functional requirements; * Translating business needs into clear user stories and backlog items; * Documenting requirements for mobile apps and web platforms (cloud-based); * Acting as a liaison between the client and cross-functional team (PM, Devs, QA, Designers); * Supporting the team during delivery: clarifying scope, priorities, edge cases; * Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process optimization.
What we expect from you: * 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT outsourcing or product companies; * Strong documentation and communication skills (you’ll be leading client calls); * Experience working with mobile apps, websites, and cloud platforms; * Ability to structure unformalized input into clear specs for the tech team; * English: Upper-Intermediate+ — you’ll be working with English-speaking stakeholders; * Proactive mindset, ability to take ownership of analysis and delivery scope; * Leverage AI tools to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and improve the quality and efficiency of business analysis deliverables.
