What You’ll Be Working With
Must-have: * 6+ months of commercial Python experience * Solid knowledge of Django or FastAPI * Hands-on work with PostgreSQL or MongoDB * Good understanding of REST API design principles * English B2+, enough to communicate clearly in a technical context
Nice to have: * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) * Experience with Docker * Comfortable with Git in an Agile environment * Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
What You’ll Actually Do * Build and maintain backend services for real, production web applications * Design and implement REST APIs with clean, consistent structure * Optimize database queries, indexes, and schema design * Write code that other developers enjoy reading and maintaining * Participate in code reviews — both giving and receiving feedback * Collaborate daily with frontend developers and the product team * Take part in sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions
