You own the product single-handedly — from a complex regulated domain down to a specification precise enough for a developer and an AI agent to build exactly the right thing, and then you check the result yourself. If that’s how you’d rather run a product, rather than splitting those calls across several roles, keep reading.
About the company
Top Netics is an AI-native venture builder that creates and launches its own tech products across MENA, the US, Europe, and Africa. We also act as a technical partner for clients — helping them design, build, and launch digital solutions from first idea to full rollout.
We’re building a platform for real-world asset (RWA) tokenization: KYC/onboarding, property discovery, portfolios, wallets, purchase flows, and investor dashboards. We’re looking for a Product Manager with a genuine technical background to own this product end to end — translating a complex, regulated domain (fintech, KYC/AML, blockchain) into a clean, fast, and trustworthy user experience, and directing a full-stack engineering effort (React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS) delivered through agentic AI development.
How we work. All development here is agentic — Claude Code is the team’s default daily tool. As Product Manager, you won’t be writing production code day to day, but you need enough technical depth to write specs an AI agent and engineers can execute against precisely, to review resulting diffs and architecture decisions critically, and to catch what’s wrong before it ships. Human accountability is absolute: whatever you sign off on, you own.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who has actually taken a product to market and also has business- and system-analyst practice — someone who can decide what to build, personally write the requirement precisely enough that the development team and the AI agents it works with understand it the same way, and then verify the result matches it.
Responsibilities * Own the product end to end for RWA platform surfaces — KYC/onboarding, property discovery, portfolios, purchase flow, wallet connect, and investor/admin dashboards * Translate regulatory and business requirements (KYC/AML, investor compliance, financial flows) into precise specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering and AI agents can build against * Define data models and API contracts in partnership with engineering — data structures in PostgreSQL/Prisma, REST/OpenAPI service boundaries — so the product is architecturally sound from day one * Own the roadmap and backlog: prioritization, sequencing, and stakeholder alignment across founders, clients, and markets (MENA, US, Europe, Africa) * Direct and review agentic development: write specs Claude Code can execute against, review the resulting diffs for correctness, security, and fit with the spec, and give final sign-off before release * Design product flows for forms and multi-step journeys (onboarding, checkout), specifying validation, edge cases, and accessibility requirements in partnership with design and engineering * Scope integration requirements for wallet/blockchain infrastructure, auth, and role-based permissions — ensuring business logic and compliance rules are captured correctly, even if you’re not the one implementing them * Partner with engineering and DevOps on release planning, AWS deployments (SST/Docker), and monitoring, so the product ships reliably * Define the definition of done — test coverage expectations (unit/integration) and quality bar — together with engineering * Keep the product spec and the repo’s AI instruction files accurate as the codebase and product evolve
Required skills * Proven Product Manager / Technical Business Analyst / Technical Product Owner experience on a full-stack web or fintech product — you’ve owned specs, roadmaps, and delivery, not just backlogs * Real technical fluency: you can read TypeScript (React + Node), understand REST/OpenAPI and relational data modeling (Prisma/PostgreSQL), and reason about cloud architecture (AWS, infrastructure-as-code) well enough to write precise specs and challenge technical trade-offs. Hands-on coding is not required, but is a strong plus * Experience with regulated or high-stakes domains — financial flows, KYC/AML, or similar — where correctness and compliance can’t be approximate * A track record running agile delivery: backlog management, roadmap planning, and aligning founders/clients/engineering across time zones and markets * Working knowledge of auth and access models (JWT/OAuth, role-based access) sufficient to specify secure flows * Comfort directing and reviewing agentic AI coding tools (Claude Code or equivalent) — you don’t need to write the code, but you must be able to read a diff and judge whether it’s correct, secure, and matches the spec * Rigor around money — zero tolerance for ambiguity in financial logic * English — C1
✨ Nice to have * Web3/crypto domain knowledge: EVM chains, smart contracts, custodial/MPC wallets, HD-key derivation (BIP-32/39) * RWA, fintech, or KYC/AML domain experience * Prior hands-on engineering background — a real asset when reviewing technical work and earning the engineering team’s trust * Familiarity with design systems (Chakra UI, Tailwind, MUI) and modern frontend state/data tooling (Zustand, TanStack Query)
What we offer * Ownership of an international, world-class fintech product (RWA, KYC/AML, crypto) with direct influence over product decisions * An AI-first engineering culture where agentic tooling is the norm, not an experiment * A genuinely modern, full-stack codebase and a team that ships fast * Fully remote work
Important information * During the probation period, the company may use a time tracking tool to better understand workflows and optimize collaboration * To help us better understand your expectations, please include your salary expectations in your CV, motivation letter, or email when applying * By submitting your CV, you consent to the processing of your personal data by Top Netics in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” including processing in external systems to support the recruitment process
