We’re looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our team!
This is a great opportunity to work on a specialized telecommunications product used by emergency and medical call centers in the USA. The platform helps operators handle multiple calls simultaneously, making reliability and product quality especially important.You’ll work closely with a US-based client and communicate directly with their team, so confident spoken and written English is essential. The project is planned for 6 months initially, with a possibility of extension. If the project ends, we’ll also look for an opportunity for you to continue on another project within the company.
This role is a great fit for a Manual QA Engineer with 2+ years of experience who enjoys digging into how things work, spotting details others might miss, and contributing to the quality of a product that has a real impact on emergency and medical services.
About the project: Country: USA Industry: Telecommunications / Healthcare Product: Telecommunications software for emergency and medical call centers. The product includes web, native mobile, and desktop applications used by hospital and emergency call center operators to receive and process multiple calls simultaneously. Technologies and platforms: C#, ASP.NET Core, MySQL, MS SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, iOS, and Android.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer on real projects * English — Upper-Intermediate or higher, with confident written and spoken communication skills (direct communication with a US-based client) * Strong understanding of software testing theory * Good understanding of the software development process * Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test cases, bug reports, and checklists * Good understanding of SDLC/STLC * Knowledge of HTML * Understanding of Agile/Scrum * Ability to analyze and structure information * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team * Logical, curious, and analytical mindset with a desire to investigate and question information * Excellent presentation and communication skills
Nice to have: * Experience with API testing using Postman/Swagger * Experience working with databases and writing queries to verify data as part of testing * Experience using Jira * Understanding of LLMs (ChatGPT, etc.) and prompt engineering
