We are looking for a Strong Lead QA Engineer with a focus on Manual Testing for iGaming/Slot Games.

Experience * 5+ years of experience in Manual QA. * 2+ years of experience leading QA teams. * Experience testing HTML5 browser-based games or web applications. * Proven experience designing and improving QA processes in a product environment. * Experience defining QA strategies, testing standards, and release quality gates. * Strong understanding of modern software quality practices, SDLC/STLC, and QA methodologies. * Experience defining testing strategies, QA standards, and release quality gates. * Experience establishing testing standards across browsers, operating systems, devices, screen resolutions, and responsive layouts.
Responsibilities * Lead, mentor and develop a team of 7 Manual QA Engineers with different seniority levels. * Plan, organize and balance the QA team’s workload across multiple parallel projects. * Define, maintain, and continuously improve QA processes, standards, documentation, and best practices. * Establish quality standards for testing across different devices, browsers, screen resolutions, and platforms. * Define the QA automation strategy, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with engineering teams on its implementation. * Define the required testing environments, devices, browsers, and supporting services. * Establish the mobile testing strategy, including device coverage based on customer usage and business priorities.
