We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to help change the way the world works. You’ll be a key member of our Data Analytics team, where you will use your quantitative background to dive into large datasets to guide decision-making for the B2C Marketing team.
Your expertise: * 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, Revenue Analytics, Customer Analytics, Data Science, or related analytical field * Advanced database and data transformation skills with preferred experience in Snowflake and dbt * Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, data governance, and data quality best practices * Strong expertise in data visualization, and dashboard development (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) with a proven ability to translate complex datasets into intuitive, actionable reporting for technical and non-technical audiences * Experience in analyzing key customer pathways, surfacing friction points to identify where experimentation can improve flow and conversion * Proficiency in BigQuery, Google Analytics, advantages and limitations of GA4 event tracking and its effect on analytics

You will be involved into: * Building a comprehensive understanding of how customers move through the digital ecosystem, from the initial visit to purchase and beyond * Analyzing and mitigating customer churn while driving customer acquisition strategies and optimizing trial-to-conversion processes * Making data-driven strategic recommendations related to customer acquisition, activation, and retention, as well as media mix modeling, marketing attribution, and experimentation * Conducting advanced analyses, developing robust models tied to business objectives and outcomes, and deriving meaningful conclusions from them * Identifying and implementing new analyses that reveal areas of opportunity, support business goals, and help evolve business strategy * Partnering with business stakeholders and Data Engineering to define key metrics and build scalable, user-friendly dashboards that translate complex data into meaningful insights, drive adoption, and support strategic decision-making * Working independently, identifying dependencies to unblock projects, and developing courses of action to complete them * Managing multiple complex projects across parallel workstreams
