We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our PR&D team as a single web owner in a fast-paced product environment. In this role, you will take full ownership of the web architecture across our ecosystem of products, working closely alongside desktop engineers, designers, QA, and product managers. This is a high-ownership role where you will build standalone web and Electron applications, leverage AI toolstacks to amplify development velocity, and guide team members through self-serve harnesses.
In this role, you will: * Take full ownership of the web architecture and development for new ecosystem products. * Drive end-to-end delivery of web applications, covering front-end interfaces as well as required back-end logic and database setups. * Build and maintain a Web AI Harness to enable designers, QA, and product managers to safely contribute code and features. * Collaborate closely with DevOps to define, establish, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure tailored for web apps. * Ensure high code quality and test your own code thoroughly before handing it off to the team QA. * Actively track modern web trends, test new tools with the team, and work autonomously from problem definition to final solution.
Skills you’ll need to bring: * 5+ years of experience in web/full-stack development, with strong expertise in TypeScript, ReactJS, and/or Svelte, as well as PWA. * Hands-on experience with Electron or similar desktop/web hybrid frameworks. * Solid understanding of databases (relational/table structures) and back-end integration. * Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or Google Cloud Platform) and tracking tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM). * High level of autonomy with a strong track record of driving projects independently in cross-functional teams. * Intensive daily use of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to maintain a high development velocity. * At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English and fluent Ukrainian.
As a plus: * Practical experience with AI harnesses, prompt engineering, and prompt evaluation systems. * Experience with client-side AI libraries (e.g., TransformerJS). * Track record of building or maintaining pet projects or working in early-stage product teams. * Familiarity with product analytics and the ability to connect data insights to product fixes.
