We work across different industries and product stages from early MVPs that require rapid validation to mature platforms with complex workflows and evolving business needs.
We are expanding our network of experienced UX/UI Designers for project-based and freelance cooperation. Depending on the engagement, you may join a new product at the discovery or MVP stage, help improve an existing platform, or solve a specific product design challenge.
We are specifically looking for designers with hands-on FinTech expertise who are comfortable working with data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, tables, charts, complex workflows, and role-based systems. Active use of AI tools as part of the design process is essential.
Responsibilities: * Design digital products for startups and established businesses across different project stages * Turn complex business requirements and product logic into clear, intuitive user experiences * Design data-heavy FinTech interfaces, including dashboards, tables, charts, reports, and multi-step workflows * Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes * Work on both new products from scratch and improvements to existing platforms * Build, maintain, or extend design systems and reusable component libraries * Collaborate with developers, product stakeholders, and clients throughout the design and implementation process * Present design decisions, explain the rationale behind them, and iterate based on feedback * Support developer handoff and review implemented designs to ensure consistency and quality * Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, content creation, and other relevant stages of the design process
Talent you’ll bring into our team: * 3+ years of hands-on UX/UI or Product Design expertise * A strong portfolio demonstrating complex web applications and data-intensive interfaces * Proven commercial expertise in FinTech products * Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems * Expertise in designing dashboards, tables, charts, reporting interfaces, and complex user flows * Ability to understand business logic and translate it into structured, user-friendly solutions * Active use of AI-powered tools in day-to-day design work, with a clear understanding of where they improve speed and quality * Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver within agreed timelines * Strong communication and presentation skills * Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
Nice to Have: * Expertise in designing B2B SaaS platforms * Previous work on startup MVPs and early-stage products * Familiarity with front-end development principles and close collaboration with engineering teams * Expertise in conducting UX audits and improving existing products * Ability to facilitate discovery sessions or product workshops
