What you’ll be working on * Develop and maintain backend architecture using Node.js, NestJS, TypeORM, and PostgreSQL. * Be ready to maintain and improve GCP infrastructure. * Maintain high standards in terms of performance, scalability, and security. * Become a decision-making driver of architecture and solutions. * Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to best practices. * Lead, motivate, and mentor developers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our product remains innovative. * Collaborate with developers, QA, designers, and Product Owners to ensure successful product delivery.
About you * Proven experience of 5+ years as a Backend or Full Stack Developer. * Experience with GCP and CI/CD process configuration. * Experience with Mobile Apps. * Experience with Frontend frameworks. * Extensive knowledge of web technologies and industry trends. * Excellent analytical and communication skills. * Creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to high ethical standards. * Proactive, reliable, and committed to self-development in a dynamic business environment. * Proven stakeholder management and cross-team communication skills. * Proactive attitude towards taking ownership of projects, driving them forward, and managing risks. * Act as a role model for your team by demonstrating technical excellence, a collaborative mindset, and proactive problem-solving. * Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).

Step by step for this position: * Screening interview (1 hour): To discuss the position, check basic competencies and culture fit. * Technical interview (2 hours): Technical skills evaluation, case studies, and core competencies check. * Full Day (5 hours): A test work day with one of our team members. You’ll work on several tasks in our codebase. This will give you a better idea about us, our codebase, and product. This step will require a signed NDA. * Reference check: Recommendations from the previous workplace. * Offer call (30 min): You’ll meet the C-level team to discuss your job offer.
