We are looking for an experienced Senior PHP Developer who will influence product development, make strategic decisions, and drive change.
Key Responsibilities: * Use automation, AI-assisted development tools, and coding agents to improve engineering productivity while maintaining responsibility for code quality, security, and correctness; * Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules; * Create high-quality software architecture and design; * Identify, prioritize and carry out tasks across the software development life cycle; * Create tools and applications by developing clean, efficient code ; * Utilize tools and programming to automate tasks ; * Code review and debugging ; * Conduct validation and verification tests ; * Work with internal teams and vendors to repair and improve product ; * Document phases of development and monitor systems ; * Ensure software is up to mark using recent technologies .
Key Requirements: * 4+ years of experience as Senior PHP Developer; * 6+ years of experience in development of production applications using Laravel/Symfony, PostgreSQL, Redis; * Experience with Docker/Kubernetes; * Experience with RabbitMQ and Redis streams; * Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system; * Web service integration using technologies such as XML, SOAP, REST; * Excellent relational database skills with PostgreSQL; * Experience with building Restful/RPC JSON web services; * Review and mentoring experience.
Technology Knowledge: * Demonstrable hands-on experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or equivalent. * Ability to use coding agents for codebase exploration, implementation, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and code review, while critically validating all generated changes * Strong knowledge of Laravel and Symfony frameworks * Good knowledge Postgres, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes * Experience with OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, HTTP/HTTP2 protocols, REST, RPC, HATEOAS, OWASP * Good knowledge of System, API and Software Design (GOF, DDD, TDD), Twelve-Factor App methodology.
