Manoris is looking for a Node.js Engineer to join our FinOps team.

Our team consists of 50+ professionals, including a CTO, Engineering Manager, Team Leads, Tech Leads, Backend and Frontend Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Owners, Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, and a Technical Writer.
The main goal of the team is to collect financial data, process it, and build the logic and systems needed to work with it. What awaits you You will work with financial data, analytics, balances, payment systems, and data pipelines using a modern backend and data stack.
The team is currently being formed, so you will have an opportunity to join the new direction at an early stage, develop new skills, and contribute to building the FinOps domain from the ground up. Key responsibilities * Develop and maintain backend solutions using Node.js/TypeScript. * Work with and process financial data. * Build and maintain data pipelines. * Work with analytical databases. * Implement logic related to financial data and balances. * Interact with payment systems and process related data. * Work with existing data and contribute to solutions for data that is currently missing.
What we’re looking for * 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript. * Hands-on experience with NestJS. * Understanding of financial analytics and data processing. * Experience working with analytical databases (BigQuery, ClickHouse). * Experience working with data pipelines. * Understanding of balances and financial data. * Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture. * Experience with ORM frameworks, particularly TypeORM. * Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL. * Proficiency in using Redis. * Understanding of REST APIs and HTTP service development. * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. * Understanding of asynchronous service communication and message brokers, particularly RabbitMQ. * Ability to independently analyze problems, find solutions, and take ownership of technical results. * Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate team efforts and take ownership of results.
Nice to have * Experience in FinTech or payment processing. * Experience with GCP and Google Pub/Sub. * Experience with Elasticsearch. * Experience working with high-load systems. * Knowledge of PHP for supporting legacy services. * Knowledge of SSL/TLS, web cryptography, and web security.
