The platform acts as a payment facilitator for member portals, helping users securely manage payments, coverage details, and other benefit-related financial operations. The project emphasizes data accuracy, compliance, strong UX, and scalable architecture, with the team focused on improving member portals, payment workflows, and integrations between benefits and financial systems. Required Skills & Experience * Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Software Architect in complex, distributed, multi-team environments. * Strong expertise designing solutions within the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET and Microsoft Azure. * Deep understanding of scalable distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and modern software design principles. * Solid experience designing APIs, system integrations, and data architecture. * Experience working across multiple products, platforms, or business domains simultaneously. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a partnership-driven, non-hierarchical environment. * Ability to quickly understand existing systems, business domains, and technical landscapes while driving architectural improvements. * Experience supporting technical scaling, cross-team alignment, and architectural governance in growing organizations.
Nice to have * Experience in FinTech, Healthcare, Payments, or other highly regulated industries. * Experience with AI-driven products or customer service platforms. * Knowledge of Angular.
Key Responsibilities * Design, evolve, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing software architecture using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs) and Microsoft Azure. * Partner with engineering teams and architects across multiple product streams to define and implement scalable API, integration, and data architecture. * Immerse yourself in existing systems to gain a deep understanding of current technical solutions, business processes, and domain requirements before leading new architectural initiatives. * Drive architectural consistency, promote best practices, and facilitate knowledge sharing across engineering teams. * Support the evolution and scaling of multiple products, including payment solutions, member portals, welfare payment services, and upcoming AI-powered customer service initiatives. * Define long-term technical direction, improve system integrations, and ensure smooth architectural transitions as new teams and products are introduced. * Collaborate closely with architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to identify technical risks, architectural improvements, and scalability opportunities. * Promote AI-assisted engineering practices and contribute to modern development workflows, including BMAD Workflow.
