Skyvia is a versatile no-code SaaS cloud platform designed for data integration, automation, backup, management, and connectivity. It offers support for over 200+ connectors, including popular cloud applications like CRMs, marketing tools, support systems, and management solutions, as well as databases and data warehouses.
Your future challenges
The role involves reducing Skyvia’s dependency on organic search by building and scaling a diversified, multi-channel demand generation engine. You’ll establish differentiation across channels, bring order to marketing processes, and set up effective cross-functional collaboration with Product and Sales. Balancing strategic ownership with hands-on execution, you’ll build an efficient, high-performing team and drive sustainable pipeline and revenue growth.
Impact you will make * Develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy focused on revenue growth and pipeline generation, reducing dependency on organic search by building differentiation across channels. * Own MQL targets and marketing-sourced pipeline in close collaboration with Sales and SDR teams. * Drive performance across all marketing channels — paid search, SEO, content, email/CRM, and social media. * Rebuild the organic/SEO strategy for an AI-search world (AI Overviews, LLM-driven discovery). * Own the website and its conversion performance — run A/B tests and continuously improve conversion rates across key pages and funnels. * Conduct competitor analysis and continuously monitor market and consumer trends, presenting insights to stakeholders. * Establish operational order: define marketing processes, planning cadence, campaign workflows, and reporting. * Champion and drive the adoption of AI to automate the team’s routine processes, increasing efficiency, speed, and output quality. * Set up effective cross-functional processes with Product, Sales, and top management — aligning on ICP, messaging, lead handoff, and shared revenue goals. * Lead, structure, and scale the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management. * Plan and manage the annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI optimization, and keep them synced with Sales and Product.
Skills we are looking for * 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing in roles such as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, or Marketing Lead. * Proven track record of executing marketing strategies, scaling acquisition channels, and building sustainable organic growth engines. * Experience owning MQL and pipeline targets, with direct responsibility for marketing performance. * Strong leadership experience, including managing and scaling marketing teams (10+ people), hiring, training, and performance management. * Deep expertise in product marketing strategy, including segmentation, ICP definition, competitor analysis, and customer research (interviews, surveys, focus groups). * Strong understanding of core marketing concepts: positioning, customer journey, sales funnel, key messaging, content and media planning, KPIs, and performance analysis. * Proven experience launching and optimizing omnichannel campaigns across paid and organic channels (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), with a strong focus on conversion and ROI. * Hands-on experience with SEO, marketing automation, CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar), and web analytics (GA4, UTM attribution), with the ability to measure and optimize performance. * Experience translating strategy into clear annual and quarterly marketing plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. * Strong presentation and communication skills. You can clearly articulate your ideas, build data-backed business cases, and confidently justify budget allocations or strategy pivots using hard data. * Familiarity with Online Reputation Management and strong understanding of the international IT and media landscape. * Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced) is a must, as you will be working with a global product and target audience.
