We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer who wants to expand their skill set into modern web implementation. If you have a strong eye for visual design and layout, but want to learn how to bring your designs to life using modern no-code ecosystem tools, this role is built for you.
You won’t have to figure out the technical side alone—our lead engineers will mentor you step-by-step on how to build, structure CMS collections, and publish sites using visual development tools.
What You Will Do: * Design user-centered, modern web interfaces and interaction flows in Figma. * Translate Figma layouts into clean, responsive web pages using modern no-code platforms (Webstudio.is, Webflow, etc.). * Set up dynamic CMS databases and content structures with guidance from our tech team. * Collaborate closely with technical leads to optimize page load speeds, SEO basics, and web responsiveness.
What We Are Looking For: * Strong UI/UX Foundation: Solid grasp of typography, grid systems, layout, visual hierarchy, and component-based design systems in Figma. * Technical Curiosity: High willingness to learn no-code visual development and CMS logic (prior experience with Webflow, Framer, or HTML/CSS basics is a plus, but not required). * Detail-Oriented: Care for responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints. * Good Communication: Clear messaging and open-mindedness toward receiving engineering feedback during implementation training.
