We are seeking passionate, proactive, and results-driven Senior PPC Specialist who is excited to contribute to a fast-growing and innovative company, drive lead generation and brand awareness paid campaigns for Creatio, develop and execute a data-driven growth marketing strategy for our campaigns globally. Team composition:
This role sits within the Digital Marketing // PPC Team and reports directly to the Digital Strategist.
Responsibilities:
* Campaign Management & Optimization: Create, manage, and optimize all digital advertising campaigns, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn. Make decisions about optimizing and stopping campaigns, and coordinate these decisions with stakeholders.
* Strategic Planning: Plan and schedule marketing campaigns across different channels and regions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute campaigns effectively, and provide recommendations on personalization and optimization strategies.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Create and deliver reports of KPIs. Measure, monitor, and communicate key metrics, and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns across channels to maximize results and adjust campaign structure when needed.
* Paid Ads Strategy Development: Identify new approaches and strategies for paid advertising. Coordinate with management on strategy planning and execution, and implement AI-driven insights to improve ROI and campaign efficiency.
* LLM Ads: Launch and optimize advertising campaigns on ChatGPT and other LLM platforms.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Google Ads, Search Campaigns, Google Display, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, and other paid media channels.
* Experience with A/B testing and Google Ads experiments.
* Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4).
* Experience in the B2B or software development industry is highly preferred.
* Ability to launch campaigns from scratch, including pixel implementation and conversion setup.
* Data-driven analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a focus on optimization.
* Strong collaboration skills with digital, content, and design teams.
* Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, including media planning, budgeting, and financial requests.
* Proficiency with analytics and optimization tools such as Keyword Planner, plus advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and similar functions).
* Experience working with CRM systems and the ability to work with large data sets to extract meaningful insights.
* Hands-on experience in performance analysis and lead generation funnel tracking.
* Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis, with a proven ability to plan and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies.
* Knowledge of managing advertising campaigns on AI platforms such as ChatGPT and other LLMs.
Nice to have: Google Tag Manager expertise and experience managing YouTube.
